Lovely Cuts Pet Grooming

This is to all customers that left unhappy from our Pet Grooming Salon. \r We stand behind every dog that we groom or give a bath or simply cut the nails, with over 10 years of experience we are highly aware of the service we are doing, if you are not happy with our service, don't leave without letting us know, we are here to improve our service, instead of going to the internet and begin writing comments that is not true. we never over charge anybody, what we do charge is the real price for the highly quality of our service.\r I'm unaware of the incident that happen with any pet, if anything happen during the grooming procedure, we are going to be the first to let you know and cover any cost that the incident have cause you, that's the reason we have insurance.\r \r For Sandy R., she knows that the stuff she wrote is false, the only reason she was upset is because we did not had an appointment available for the day she requested, I'm sorry, but we do spend every time necessary on every dog, that's the reason we did not had an appointment for you that day. About the credit card transaction, you did not use a credit card to pay for the service, you paid cash! \r \r more

Bad service.. they are more into Quantity.. than Quality.. Save your money and dont get ripped off going here..I picked up my dog and he had a cut on his nose, the owner said it was like that when I brought him in.. Save your money if you love your dog! The will quote you a price when you drop off your dog. when they charged it onto my card i notice tax was included on the price including tip.. is this legal to charge tax on tip? I have been to many dog salons traveling for dog shows and we have never paid tax on grooming or on tip! more

This place is absolutely amazing! My shitzu always comes home looking stunning and happy! They have a tremendous knowledge about all the pets that they groom, and the excellence of their work is noticeable the minute you walk in their salon. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I am always received with a smiled and my dog loves them very much! They really do care about every customer as if they were part of the family at least that is how I feel everytime I go there! more

This groomer will not spend the time on your pooch.. if you want a place that has grooming knowledge dont go here.. they like to rush through grooming.. when I picked my dog up she was shaking uncontrollably, This place is like a puppy mill..I noticed the front legs were not shaved but the back legs are shaved! I called them and asked what happened ?..she said they dont have time to check the dogs before they leave.. .really?? .. And they also charge high prices .. She said it would be $35.00 for a full groom it ended up being $65.00 not including tax..after they add the tip on your card it easily brought the bill to $75.00 that showed up on my credit card from hidden charges. more
