We stand behind every dog that we groom or give a bath or simply cut the nails, with over 10 years of experience we are highly aware of the service we are doing, if you are not happy with our service, don't leave without letting us know, we are here to improve our service, instead of going to the internet and begin writing comments that is not true. we never over charge anybody, what we do charge is the real price for the highly quality of our service.\r
I'm unaware of the incident that happen with any pet, if anything happen during the grooming procedure, we are going to be the first to let you know and cover any cost that the incident have cause you, that's the reason we have insurance.\r

For Sandy R., she knows that the stuff she wrote is false, the only reason she was upset is because we did not had an appointment available for the day she requested, I'm sorry, but we do spend every time necessary on every dog, that's the reason we did not had an appointment for you that day. About the credit card transaction, you did not use a credit card to pay for the service, you paid cash! \r
