Love Plumbing Air & Electrical

First, unlike the other posts on here for this company, I actually paid to have them do work in my home. If you think the other posts are legitimate...try this. Click on the user names of the first ten posts you see. You will find that the users that reviewed Gene Love all gave five star reviews to the same three or four businesses and all were made within a very short time frame. These are obviously the result of someone being paid to give reviews to certain companies. Now, back to my review of Gene Love. First, they are very professional....answer the phone right away, are very prompt, showed up when they said they would and did a good job with the repair. However, all of this is offset by the fact that their charges are OUTRAGEOUS. Yes, they told me the charges ahead of time and yes, I agreed to pay. The thing is, once they get there you are on the hook for a service charge whether you agree to the fees or not, so you factor that into their rate and the inconvenience of getting another plumber come out and you sort of just grit your teeth and pay them. That is what I did. Next time, I will be much smarter though and call another plumber the first time. Gene Love charged me more than $300 to repair a small section of pipe that took less than thirty minutes for them to repair (and included less than $5 worth of parts). If you find that reasonable, you will happy with the service you provide. If not, I suggest you look somewhere else. more

They have been prompt in responding to the call. Explained pros and cons of work and what may be encountered and time frames involved for different scenarios. Friendly people - I especially enjoyed talking with the young lady who answered my call today for service. Friendly, personable, invited you to "talk" and was open about the time frames for service. more

Our air conditioning broke and I called Gene Love Plumbing and they sent out a tech the next day in the morning which was awesome cause I couldn't take the heat no more. Thanks Gene!!! more

Gene Love Plumbing Service is a wonderful company to use if your well ever runs dry or need servicing. The technicians came out quickly to help us when our faucets went dry. They are reasonably priced and they have a nice selection of payment options. They came in and gave us an accurate quote and went right to work. They had our water flowing in no time. They even will follow up with you to make sure that everything is going fine. more

The technician was extremely polite, efficient, well-mannered, used shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. The expedient service was just awesome! more

It was a Saturday and my husband was just home from the hospital so we were a bit stressed. My hot water tank died. They came out and installed a new one but also told me I needed a new electrical cable installed. Altogether, the charges came to almost $2000! IThe next week, I called other contractors and found out how over charged I was. Gene Love agreed to refund me part of it but only about $300. more

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that it was indeed a delight to have such a nice and polite person in my home. He was extremely careful in removing the damaged [toilet] bowl and bringing the new one into my home. I called your company to request service on an electrical panel…Within 2 hours your technician was on the job…He was neat and clean, placed covers over his shoes, worked quickly and showed me what was causing the problem and what he was going to do to resolve it. more
