I absolutely loved the professionalism that I received from this company. Best price by far throughout all the searches that I made. They were early (10 to 15 minutes) and were on the same page as us the whole day. Our winery went flawlessly and the limo was nice and cool at all times (always a plus). Will be using them for any and all needs for a limo in the future. You won't go wrong with this company. more

Superb Service 9/15/2011

Love Boat Limousine is not only professional, but they really go beyond whats asked of them. While talking to Patrick he mentioned that they wanted to go beyond what we wanted, and they sure did. I arranged a corporate outing and received Love Boat Limo's information from a coworker who had used them for her wedding. I checked their reviews and was not disappointed so I booked with them instantly. They arrived before the time that we had asked for, and even included a bottle of champagne for our group on the house! They had stocked the limo with soda, water, and plenty of ice so we were never without a cold drink. The Chrysler 300 was immaculate and seemed as if we were the first to ever sit in the limo which says a lot of the cleaning crew that they have. We enjoyed every second as our driver was very professional and well dressed and always opened the door for all of us and was always one call away from whatever destination we were at. I will be using them for any and all corporate events or personal events, and I am sure my coworkers would agree that you can't find a service like this easily. more

Loved It! 9/11/2011

I decided to rent a limousine for my dad's 60th birthday. Wow was I shocked with some of the prices that we received. However, after a lot of shopping around, Love Boat Limousine was by far the most competitive price I found. Patrick helped me pick the right limousine, and on the day of it was as beautiful as can be. My dad loves Hummers and he was shocked from the amazing limo. The outside was spotless, and the inside was all set with champagne to toast the special event as a special extra birthday gift from Patrick. Vaz was a great chauffeur who understood us and was always smiling. My dad had quite a thrill talking to Vaz about the limo. All in all, we got to dinner 10 minutes early, Vaz waited for us the whole time, and never left us in doubt. I will definitely be calling them for any future needs for a limo. more

Best Limo!!! 9/7/2011

Last week I rented Love Boat Limousine's Rolls Royce for my wedding. I can not say enough about the companies patience with myself and my wife on plans that we had thought of, and the last minute updates we needed done. They followed everything to perfection. The Rolls Royce was truly one of a kind and was amazing to ride in. Felt like I was in dreamland. My wedding will be a day I will never forget, but Love Boat Limousine will definitely be in my thoughts on any events in the future for myself or family and friends. more

Thanks to Love Boat for providing the perfect limousine for my wedding. The White Rolls Royce Stretch was eye popping as everyone would stare at us the whole day. Can't wait to see how the pictures will look. You guys are very courteous, very professional, and truly did make me feel a part of your family. Cruising In Style 8/29/2011

I needed a limo for my night out last week to relax after a hard week at work. I must say that from the very beginning, booking the limousine went flawlessly. Patrick guided me through everything that he needed, and once I gave him all the info. he sent me the contract within 10 minutes which was awesome. On the night of, Vaz greeted us at our house about 15 minutes early and we were running late but he told us that we can leave whenever we want. He never rushed us, never gave us a hard time even though we went to a couple of places that were in very busy streets. He was always 2 or 3 minutes away from the bars that we went to. I honestly have been in many limousines as I usually go out with coworkers on weekends to different occasions, and I have seen everything from ""Oh I don't know why the AC doesn't work"" to companies providing unbranded soda and water. Love Boat Limousine treated us like royalty, and I now know who to call for any and all events that I may decide is in need of a limo. more

Awesome & Professional 8/29/2011

Last Friday me and my girls rented a limo from love boat to take us around Hollywood for dinner, a club, and some bars. The driver Vaz was on time, and opened the door for me and my guests. Dinner went smoothly and Vaz was always one call away. We had not given an itinerary of what clubs and bars we wanted to go to but Vaz knew them all and helped us get to the ones that would let us in. He knew where everything was, and he never once rushed us. I will never rent a limo from anywhere else. This place is my number 1 choice from here on out. more

We hired love Boat limousine for a concert we were attending and couldn't be happier with the service we received. The car showed up exactly when i was scheduled to and was impeccably clean. Unbelievable Service! 8/25/2011

Love Boat Limousine is a genuinely a company like no other. For my Bachelorette party we wanted to go to Hollywood for night of clubs and bars, and Love Boat Limousine was by far the best rate possible for the White Hummer Limousine. Patrick spoke to me constantly before the day of the event as I was nervous on how the limo would be due to past experiences. He reassured me that everything would go PERFECTLY. True to his word, Vaz, who I later found out was Patrick's partner, arrived earlier than expected. My friend thought we would be charged for him being outside, so when we asked him, he said ""no way, I just wanted you to know that I am hear and the time will start as discussed"". Wow!!!! a limo company 20 minutes early!!! we were all amazed. Vaz maneuvered through Hollywood with ease, knowing each and every street that we were going to like the back of his hand. He always had a true smile whenever we saw him and he always made us smile in return. I truly thank you for the great service and will definitely be calling you for future events. Way to go Love Boat!!! more

Not Professional At All. 8/26/2010

I was recommended by another about Love Boat Limousine, and gave it a try. Things started out well, and we agreed to meet so we can decide which limo to rent for my wedding. So I call to meet him, Vasgen, and he says he's busy and cannot meet me, and so I said no problem, let's reschedule for another day. So we agree on the day, and on that second day, I call to verify the time and he says he's a little busy but can meet with me hour and a half later, and I say no problem. Two hours pass by and I call him and ask him where he's at and he says something came up so he went home. Got me very upset with his unprofessionalism. He said he does not want to deal with me since I don't know which model to choose. Well, I haven't been a limo for the past 10 years and what's wrong with taking a real live look in person and see how the model compares with atleast one other one. This limo business needs some serious professional customer service lessons. more
