I was recommended by another about Love Boat Limousine, and gave it a try. Things started out well, and we agreed to meet so we can decide which limo to rent for my wedding. So I call to meet him, Vasgen, and he says he's busy and cannot meet me, and so I said no problem, let's reschedule for another day. So we agree on the day, and on that second day, I call to verify the time and he says he's a little busy but can meet with me hour and a half later, and I say no problem. Two hours pass by and I call him and ask him where he's at and he says something came up so he went home. Got me very upset with his unprofessionalism. He said he does not want to deal with me since I don't know which model to choose. Well, I haven't been a limo for the past 10 years and what's wrong with taking a real live look in person and see how the model compares with atleast one other one. This limo business needs some serious professional customer service lessons.
