FACIAL 11/24/2011

Marci was very good and I enjoyed my facial. she didn't seem to have a clear understanding of the products, however. She couldn't answer a few of my questions. I would have liked her to explain the ingredients of the mask, etc. I have always had to have some extractions during a facial - however, marci said she didn't see anything, which surprised me since it has been months since my last facial. I would definitely comer back to see Marci - i know she will improve as time goes on. She has the talent, she just need some more experience and a little extra training. more

I always have a great experience at Lotus. I love my color and my cut! Even if you have to travel out to the Foothills to go to Lotus, you should give it a try. It is worth it. more

My Friday at Lotus Day Spa was a delight from start to finish! Erin, massaged my aching body from head to toe, including those very tired feet and hands. Miss Gina, did a wonderful job with my facial, amazing how much your skin responds to skilled hands and quality products. Next, Gloria, was able to repair all of my fingers and my toes, while I relaxed in a comfortable massage chair. The three hours spent at Lotus gave me the opportunity too recharge my batteries and regain my spiritual balance, priceless! more

My facial with Anna was very gentle and relaxing . She gave very good facial,scalp and hand massage. Overall I came out feeling relaxed!! more

I paid for a 50 minute service and was stopped early and advised "I stopped early due to my hands cramping". In what should have been a 50 min service and an additional 15 min to get changed and checked out I was changed, checked out and home exactly at the time my service should have ended. Just some food for thought if the therapist cannot perform the full service you should reschedule the appointment or only charge an amount appropriate based on the time services were provided. more

As always, my evening was so relaxing and fun! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I absolutely loved the chocolate fountain. We got back to Yuma Thursday, but as soon as I knew for sure when we would be here, I called for an appointment to get my haircut! Gina does an excellent, and I love the head and shoulder massage to start it all! I love this spa, and everyone there! more

I was scheduled for eye surgery that afternoon. Anna provided a calming, relaxing 1/2 hour facial. I enjoyed it so much, I purchased a 3 session facial package. Thank you so much Anna.
