i get 4 services a mth and love them all.. i do agree abt lack of pampering during hair appts.. I have never gotten a scalp massage or a hand massage .. But i love chatting with the girls anyways.. but would sure love a bit more pampering esp while i am waiting for the color to set!!I absolutely love ERIN!!I lost a friend who used to give me massages,and never thought anyone could match her but Erin's got the magic!! more
