We have been taking our two Springer Spaniels to Dr. Sue Calloway for 3 years now since moving to Lillian, Al. She loves our ""kids"" and has taken super good care of them. We lost our Alex to old age and our Conner has just recently had his cancerous spleen and a stomach blockage removed. Conner is in recovery now. Dr Calloway personally stayed at her clinic with Conner until 10:00 PM the day of the surgery (Selfless Love and Care). The staff is always bright and helpful. We will happy to continue our support of Dr. Calloway's Clinic. She is a great Vet! We HIGHLY recommend her Vet Clinic\r \r Keith Dicken & Liz Cain\r April, 2015 more

I will not go back there again! 8/5/2011

I have been taking my cats to Lost Key for many years. Generally, the vets and staff are competent but I have had two unpleasant experiences in the past few years and I will not go back. \r The first experience was in 2006 when I brought my cat in on a Saturday because she hadn't been eating or drinking anything. The vet on duty that day was a man who was filling in for the regular two vets who were out of town. He was so rude to the tech who was only trying to comfort me. I said something to him about his behavior to the tech and how unprofessional I thought that was. Long story short, I left without getting the care that my cat needed.\r The second incidence happened in 2010 with Dr. McDougal (the shorter of the two vets). I brought my cat in because she had been in a fight with another cat and her tail needed immediate attention. I guess the vet was having a bad day because she was so rude. Like I wasn't upset enough to start with! My cat did get the care she needed but the vet almost let me walk out. Again, very unprofessional behavior! I will not give them any more of my money. more

We have been going to Lost Key for over 10 years now. We have two 11 year old dogs, a 13+ year old cat and a 3 year old cat. Lost Key has saved our lab-mix from heart worm, and they performed a semi-emergency ""can-ectomy"" on the same lab (he got into the trash and chewed on a can, and got it attached to his tongue. He's a pig.). The have done teeth cleanings and have helped our other OCD dog with his Lick-Granuloma issues. We have no qualms about boarding there either. The staff has ALWAYS been caring and friendly. They're not cheap, but they do a great job caring for, and helping us to care for our pets. more
