Review content:
I have been taking my cats to Lost Key for many years. Generally, the vets and staff are competent but I have had two unpleasant experiences in the past few years and I will not go back. \r
The first experience was in 2006 when I brought my cat in on a Saturday because she hadn't been eating or drinking anything. The vet on duty that day was a man who was filling in for the regular two vets who were out of town. He was so rude to the tech who was only trying to comfort me. I said something to him about his behavior to the tech and how unprofessional I thought that was. Long story short, I left without getting the care that my cat needed.\r
The second incidence happened in 2010 with Dr. McDougal (the shorter of the two vets). I brought my cat in because she had been in a fight with another cat and her tail needed immediate attention. I guess the vet was having a bad day because she was so rude. Like I wasn't upset enough to start with! My cat did get the care she needed but the vet almost let me walk out. Again, very unprofessional behavior! I will not give them any more of my money.
