I received a 3 mL bottle of Latisse that was labeled as a 5 mL bottle. Has anyone had this problem? more

I have been ordering Latisse online for 7 months now from www dot latisse dot bz and couldn't be happier with the results or the website. I go to their website, fill out a brief medical history form, the doctor reviews it and it's shipped within a day or two. They require signature at delivery so it doesn't get lost or stolen and the price is $79 plus $7 shipping and handling......you just can't beat that!!!!! Auto shipment was lost or stolen. Post office doesn't have it, I never received it and Long Lashes Online say it hasn't been returned to them. It's been over a month. I spoke to Lola in customer service who told me that THEY had held up their end of the deal by sending the product. She also offered to send my next shipment early but there was NO OFFER to refund the 89.00 plus shipping OR to replace the missing shipment. I have also sent 2 additional emails but gotten no response. They should use UPS. and try a little customer service. Not feeling the love. more

I am asian and like most asians i have very short eyelashes, I really wanted to try latisse but I needed a prescription which I did not want to spend money on. I saw longlashesonline and not knowing anything about the company I decided to try it out and placed an order, obviously I was pretty desperate for some fabulous lashes lol. Latisse was only 89 bucks with a 20 dollar rebate, which I was always too lazy to get around to. My order came in fast, and i compared the bottle i got to the ones I found online, it is the real thing, and it is sealed with an expiration date. I have been using latisse for about 1 year now, and it has made a dramatic change in my lash growth. I remember back in the days when I wore sunglasses my lashes would never touch the lenses, and now no matter which pair of sunglasses I wear, my lashes always bend against them, I LOVE IT! I definitely love this website, I only spent couple minutes to place my order, I would definitely recommend it! more
