Review content:
Auto shipment was lost or stolen. Post office doesn't have it, I never received it and Long Lashes Online say it hasn't been returned to them. It's been over a month. I spoke to Lola in customer service who told me that THEY had held up their end of the deal by sending the product. She also offered to send my next shipment early but there was NO OFFER to refund the 89.00 plus shipping OR to replace the missing shipment. I have also sent 2 additional emails but gotten no response. They should use UPS. and try a little customer service. Not feeling the love.
