Everyone in the office is very polite. The company has jumped into technology with both feet by making it convenient for tenants to do everything on line: view a property, submit credit application, pay rent on line, etc. In the past 18 months, I cannot be more pleased with the tenants I have in my property. more

fell in love 6/9/2011

I started looking last week from Ft. Gordon for a home at Ft. Hood. I found all kinds of properties but then came across a house I fell in love with and had to have. I called Lone Star Realty and they said it was available, all I had to do was get online to their website, fill in the application, pay the app fee and provide my husbands last LES. We were approved that day. I paid the deposit online and then they emailed me our lease that we clicked our signature on and sent back. I can not believe it was that easy, now all I have to do is get us ready for the movers at the end of the month and worry about that drive to Texas. more

This real estate company helped my husband out alot when he moved to find a house to rent. They were able to give him advice and help him out best they could. They had some real nice houses available and they allow pets too. Thier customer service skills were outstanding as well. He was definately pleased with the service! more

I was looking for a place an it is hard to find a place that will take my housing voucher. I went in to Lone star just to get a list and the ladie inside was so nice and went over all tha places that i could use my voucher on. they let me take thekeys to a few places i did this a acouple of times. more

I needed someone to manage my home as soon as possible, I had to move out of country within two weeks and didn't know what to do with my home. I contacted Tim at Lone Star Realty and he came out within the hour to see my home. That same afternoon I came into his office to sign the agreement and they were out at my house the next day taking pictures and getting it advertised for rent. I got so lucky that my house rented the day before I moved out!!! more
