Had to give one star....If I had the option I wouldn't have. All repairs take a VERY long time to solve. Get bills from repairs that tenants are not responsible for. It has been a constant battle throughout the whole lease agreement we had with Lonestar. The customer service is very rude, and they don't care about anything you have to say whether you make sense or not. Be CAREFUL giving your deposit. Take pictures and video before you move in, and upon move out. They don't give receipts after inspection you have to follow up with them a 1000 times time ensure you won't get screwed over. The place we moved into was a complete nightmare, it took the whole length of the lease (15 months) to get things that we needed done. But most importantly--the customer service, there is ONE person in that place that is actually good at her job and is respectful, unfortunately she doesn't run the place. The rest of the staff is disrespectful, inconsiderate, and don't care about anything but the check on the first. PLEASE take my bad experience and save your selves, don't support a company like this, they don't deserve business.
