Starting up my business was one of the most exciting times in my life. That excitement quickly turned to panic when I realized everything that needed to be done. I used this service to create my logo. They did a great job and made as many revisions as I wanted. It took them between 24-48 hours for the revisions. I have worked with graphic artists before, but they have not been as responsive as this team. more

They are anxious to work with you, you pay them and the service goes away. I have sent them requests for changes, they send a link, I tell them they did not do what I asked them to do. Couple days later, you receive another link and Guess What? It is the same as it was before. Nothing changed if you are lucky or they screw it up even more. Why would you send me a link with no changes made? Does no one check up to see if the work is done before sending it to the customer? Let me say, NO they do not look. Then you complain again, it doesn't matter, nothing is changed yet again. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone, not even an enemy. more

When I became interested in working with Logobench, I started an online chat to find out more information and the picture and name, Terry McGiniss, popped up. The picture was of a white male, big muscle type. After chatting for a while "Terry" asked if he could call me to discuss more and we had a conversation and it became obvious that he was an Indian man in a call center in India, not a white male from California like his profile showed. He spend so much energy trying to upsell me that it really gave me the creeps - he wouldn't get me off the phone and kept asking for payment information - it was obvious that his main goal was to get my credit card information. If it did such great work it does not need to rush to get my payment. Really shady company. I have a feeling that the positive reviews on this page are posted by them. more

it's the worst company I worked with. They don t deliver on time. I am almost 3 month out of schedule and there's no way to call them as their line is always busy. Dont do business with them! The good review are probably from them trying to have good comments. Never respond correctly. Are very unprofessional more

They charge you 100% up front and never,,, NEVER deliver on a single item contracted. Months and repeated calls and they will also not return my money for work not performed. BEWARE!!! 1 star is really too high! I ordered on Saturday and didn't hear, even receive an email from them so I used their chat option on Monday. "Jeff" was more busy trying to sell me a website rather than address the problem. I asked him why would I buy a website when they hadn't even delivered on their logo work! He said he woudl send me an email with an update by that evening...never done. On Tuesday I got a call from a gentleman explaining they don't work weekends, so no work had been done yet, and he offered no idea when it would be done. Today Wednesday and I haven't heard anything from them. They were very quick to process my AMEX, so today I was equally quick at asking AMEX to deny the charge. Don't use these folks. more

These guys are using cheap logo gen software. They lie about who is working on file, lie more when you speak to them. Worst logos I have ever seen. They will say they did not get your emails or phone messages. I can't understand how they are even in business anymore. And yes, it's them putting up these fake "awesome" reviews. Joe, Zach, Adam or whatever alias you guys are using this month you guys are pathetic!! more

The quality of logo work is very poor. The website was ok but overpriced. They don't listen to requested changes. They harass you for payment even after payment arrangements have been made and there work is incomplete. They are extremely unprofessional. VERY BAD experience with this company. Save yourself time, money, and energy by not using them. Find a legitimate company that puts customer service first. I believe it's ran by one person posing as serveral because when I asked to speak to someone else, it's the same person acting like he's someone else. Shady!!! Trying to get my money back now. more

A bunch of crooks!!!!!If Supposed to be a California company, but no chance. If you do some research you will see that their names are all too “American” to be logical. Everyone in the company is named like our founding fathers. From Edward Franklin, Kenneth Parks, and Zack Spencer. When you talk to them on the phone they all have accents (Not American) so you know that something is going on. They don’t provide a contract or any project details. They didn’t even provide any logos in the 48 they promised to deliver. They are only concerned with getting your credit card information. When you try and get your money back (which they guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied) they drag you around and never answer. You will never see your money back unless you dispute with your credit card company. So don’t bother. Don’t use ever and report to any agency you can. Grade : F Zero stars more

This company is a sham. The so-called graphic design they offer is amateur in quality and they do not honor their satisfaction guarantee. It has been a battle to try and get a refund and I am skeptical it will ever be paid. Do not use this company. more

People need to understand that to achieve a good and creative design things have to work both ways. I was in constant communication with LogoBench's design team and they provided me with a highly creative logo design and that too also on time. more
