When I became interested in working with Logobench, I started an online chat to find out more information and the picture and name, Terry McGiniss, popped up. The picture was of a white male, big muscle type. After chatting for a while "Terry" asked if he could call me to discuss more and we had a conversation and it became obvious that he was an Indian man in a call center in India, not a white male from California like his profile showed. He spend so much energy trying to upsell me that it really gave me the creeps - he wouldn't get me off the phone and kept asking for payment information - it was obvious that his main goal was to get my credit card information. If it did such great work it does not need to rush to get my payment. Really shady company. I have a feeling that the positive reviews on this page are posted by them.
