Again, everything everyone has said is entirely true. When we moved in, our carpets looked like they had never been cleaned (and I suspect that it has never been changed). We complained and they said that they would pay for someone to come and clean them. Well, it's been over a year and my carpets are still as disgusting, but now covered by an area rug. Our air conditioner broke in mid August and it took them two or three weeks for it to be replaced, only because my mom called and threatened them:) I will say that their maintanence staff was very accommodating when they were dealt with directly. Our pipes froze in February and it took which, of course, left us only with ice cold water. I suspect the entire building was complaining, but it took three or four days to be fixed, again, after my roommate's mom called and threatened them. Also, there have been times where I have received my water bill (which comes through Lobos) AFTER the date on which it was to be paid. Overall, my apartment is not bad. the management, however, is nearly impossible to deal with. They are often rude and nearly always give you the run-around in regards to having a problem fixed. Look elsewhere.
Cons: Rarely fixing any problem in a timely manner.
