These people are the most horrible people I've ever rented from! They gave us a paper when we moved in to write everything down that was wrong w/ the apt. & they would fix it for us.well over a year later we are still waiting! I dated and made a copy for my records,(I've heard that their notorious for charging bogus fees so you don't get your sec. deposit back) My heat has broke four times since dec. they kept saying everytime ""we'll have someone over to fix it.""...after a week the first time it broke they came, because i called the health dept.& they were going to be fined.so from then on I've had to say the dept. is coming to do their follow up, to get them to come w/in 2 or 3 days!the trash has overflowed both dumpsters every couple months(they don't pay bills.)the ""secure door"" was on the ground in winter 3/4 times for about a week everytime.They finally put it back on 2 weeks ago, but it was put on backwards & slanted so now it will never be secure! It doesn't even close. fire alarms don't work,I've tested mine & if u pull the hallway ones nothing happens.Also the extingushers haven't been replaced,they are dated 05-06. I can't wait to get the out of this hell hole.I've called to try to get out of my lease but their as*ho*!e$.All they want is $$ and they will never do anything for you unless you take legal action or call the health dept.DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!! YOU WILL ONLY LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!
