ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS! 9/29/2011

I purchased a Volvo XC90 and cannot say enough about the positive experience with the folks at Loan Star Motors. While I have purchased many vehicles in the past, I must say that this dealership is truly a class act! From the first call all the way to delivery, they were extremely professional and bent over backwards to be of assistance with my needs. Loan Star Motors truly epitomises what all vehicle dealers should strive to become and due to having exceeded all of my expectations, my 8 year old daughter and I are now the proud owners of a beautiful Willow Green XC90. Sending our heartfelt appreciation, thank you Loan Star Motors! more

The service was incredible! 6/28/2011

The service was incredible! I had just driven by and seen the truck I really wanted to purchase. I had just bought a smaller truck from a another lot three weeks earlier and I was given a "bad apple". Z came out and greeted me and I told him my situation and he told me that he would love to work with me. He sat and listened very attentively to my venting and then said "Come in and let's see what we can do for you". Walked in the office and Josh then greeted us and again, very respectful and knowledgeable of the vehicles in the lot. Josh took a test drive with us and was very accommodating to my questions and assured me that if there was anything further that he needed to do to make the buying experience better, he would sure do it. Came back to office and met John and he worked on the paperwork and I left that night with our "dream truck". I would indeed refer my many friends and family to Loan Star Motors. I truly believe I have created new friendships today and feel that if I ever need their assistance with the truck, that I could call them first! more

LOAN STAR MOTORS IS AMAZING, I would like to say that Loan Star Motors is an EXCELLENT agency. I was a first time buyer looking for a vehicle for myself and my family. It was a pleasure to work with you all, and made mine and my family’s search for our vehicle comfortable and easy. We were able to get the truck we wanted for the price noone can compete with. I can honestly say that Loan Star Motors in Humble, TX is a GREAT distance from where I am (Carrizo Springs, TX) 7 hours from Humble TX. The feedback that I was getting about the preference of the truck we wanted was just everything that a person wants to hear especially when you don’t know what to except when your gonna buy a vehicle for the first time. I didn’t know anything about buying a vehicle and any question that i had they were able to answer without any hesitation. After everything was processed the only thing that was left for me to do was to go get my truck. When I did, I was very shocked with what I would be driving down the highway with. The staff always reassured me that I won’t be disappointed, and sure enough LSM Houston made it ALL happen. When I saw it in person for the 1st time, it was a completely different point of view of the entire truck. I felt “Starstruck”. I’m Very Very SATISFIED with the vehicle that I have it’s what I can say I’m EXTREMELY HAPPY with the the professionalism this company has. I’m very proud of this one of a kind lifted truck that I bought. I’d like to thank LSM for everything they were able to do for me and my family and I will be sure to recommend everybody from Carrizo Springs Texas to this dealership because I know they won’t let anybody down. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND THE OVER ALL SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM LSM HOUSTON***Dear John, I would like to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get into a nice car. When I came to your dealership over a year ago, I knew that you and your guys were great people. You had some of the best looking cars around, by far, some of the best prices around. And since you were down the street from my house, I would see your dealership everyday on my way to and from work. I came in one other time recently about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and was looking for a cash car that was online for a little under $10k, and by the time I got here, the car was already sold, but since you guys have over 75 cars in your inventory, it was a piece of cake finding another that would fit my search criteria. At no point was I pressured. I now have a 2007 Suzuki Forenza, that looks brand new and drives even better. John, Josh, Nick, and Z, and the entire staff of LSM Houston have been AMAZING!!!!! Thank you sooooooooo much for helping me get into a beautiful vehicle. Overall my experience here was wonderful! John you were very detailed with me about everything. I shopped around for about a year in search for a F250. I found one that matched all my standards at Loan Star I shopped around for about a year in search for a F250. I found one that matched all my standards at Loan Star Motors. So I called and talked to John, and from the very get go, John bent over backwards to help get me in this truck. Never was he pushy or demanding. I drove 3 hours from Austin, and upon arriving the truck was exactly as pictured and advertised. Now I'm headed back to Austin in my F250 and would recommend Loan Star Motors to everyone in need of a new car or truck. Their selection is great, and their staff is even better. Thanks John!!!!!! more
