Our condominium association switched to LMM one year ago. We have saved so much money and been able to do some long overdue renovations because of that. We have been given sound financial advice and introduced to many great resources for contractors rather then be stuck with ""the good old boys"" at the last management company. Living in a condo is much different than living in a home. It is important to find a realtor that knows about condo living before buying. It's buyer beware. Get educated. Get involved with your board. The board is your key. It's all volunteer and they're usually looking for some extra help. Get heard! Get moving! Great things can happen when you work together. We are living proof! Take all that energy and do something positive with it for your association. It's your home now. It's up to you to make it a great one. more

Beware is very kind !!!!!! Run away FAST and don't look back. This company needs to learn who exactly is responsible for paying their saleries. Never once have I received an answer to a question or concern on the first call. All they have is excuses, never a solution, never are they perpared to handle any situation, even something as simple as painting a ceiling!!!!!! The manager is never available and the women that answer the phone act like they are doing you a favor by just talking to you . If I could advise anyone it would be to never buy or rent any property where LMM Properties Inc. are involved. I only wish someone would have posted a review before I purchased my condo. To rate this I have to give LMM 1 star, if wish there was a negative star rating. more

I have lived in an LMM Properties owned development for over 15 years now. Every year there's some sort of problem that isn't addressed properly. Whether it be sloppy repairs, uneducated staff at the main office, or just not being listened to. Just beware before moving into an LMM Properties property. Excuse me while I go sop up the dripping water in the hall now. more
