Review content:
Our condominium association switched to LMM one year ago. We have saved so much money and been able to do some long overdue renovations because of that. We have been given sound financial advice and introduced to many great resources for contractors rather then be stuck with ""the good old boys"" at the last management company. Living in a condo is much different than living in a home. It is important to find a realtor that knows about condo living before buying. It's buyer beware. Get educated. Get involved with your board. The board is your key. It's all volunteer and they're usually looking for some extra help. Get heard! Get moving! Great things can happen when you work together. We are living proof! Take all that energy and do something positive with it for your association. It's your home now. It's up to you to make it a great one.
