Beware is very kind !!!!!! Run away FAST and don't look back. This company needs to learn who exactly is responsible for paying their saleries. Never once have I received an answer to a question or concern on the first call. All they have is excuses, never a solution, never are they perpared to handle any situation, even something as simple as painting a ceiling!!!!!! The manager is never available and the women that answer the phone act like they are doing you a favor by just talking to you . If I could advise anyone it would be to never buy or rent any property where LMM Properties Inc. are involved. I only wish someone would have posted a review before I purchased my condo. To rate this I have to give LMM 1 star, if wish there was a negative star rating.
