This was my second time using Lloyds and again I got great service. First time was a slab leak that Lloyds actually figured out I could avoid the huge costs with a slight re piping in my walls (that was about 4 years - no problems to report). This time I had a pressure relief valve on my water heater go, Lloyds trouble shot the problem to a failed water pressure regulator. Replaced the regulator and water heater valve. As a bonus water pressure/volume in my home has never been better. They charge a bit more up front but they do the job faster and better than others. Highly recommend. more

Had Lloyds in a few months back for a garbage disposal installation. Recently have had some leaking and called to see if they would come back out to fix the hose. The owner came on the phone and immediately got defensive and hostile...saying if they didn't supply the hose (I was using the one that came with the set) - he doesn't see how it's their problem. Worse than what he said - was his completely rude and condescending tone. I could feel myself getting upset and when I asked why he was being so rude and told him I was getting upset he LAUGHED out loud. I said "I can't believe you'd treat a referring customer this way" and then he HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!! I immediately started typing this review when a nice lady from Lloyds called to apologize for the phone conversation and asked if they could send someone out this afternoon. I said I felt that HE (Ed) should be the one apologizing (not her) and I would consider having them back if he called himself to apologize. She said she would relay the message, but have yet to hear from him. (Its been about 3 hours.) I WOULD NEVER have them in my home again... and I would caution anyone else before they would use this company. more

Pete worked on installing a water line to a new refrigerator, replaced old water handles that were bad and did not work. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. What a great job at a nice price. Thank you more

I had so many issues in my house that a lot of plumbers tried solving, but couldn't. I finally found the plumber company I can rely on and trust. They solved everything in one day and gave me a lot of advices too. I really would never think of calling anyone else but Lloyds. more

I have used Lloyd's Plumbing for 22 years. I have always found them to be responsive. They do good quality work at a fair price. Lloyd's Plumbing helps us maintain the plumbing for 60 home owner's associations. When they give a bid they actually tell and explain about it so that I know exactly what they are doing. They are wonderful. One of their plumbers had to come back to turn a regulator around, but other than that, they are really good and very knowledgeable. My experience prior to that was with an unlicensed plumber who lied to me, and Llyods came to the rescue. They helped a lot and they were very nice. I would definitely use them again. They are a bit expensive, but Lloyds Plumbing is a good company and I cannot say enough about them. more
