These folks are very friendly and professional. If you have a plumbing problem, just call them, don't bother trying others. Had two emergency plumbing problems after normal business hours and response was within one hour. I could not expect less than that. more

Great service! 8/22/2013

The plumber was a bit late but the office called to let me know he was on his way. There were several plumbing issues that needed attention. All were resolved thoroughly in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would certainly use Lloyd's again as well as recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber. more

What a great honest and quality crew 6/12/2013

Aaron and crew are the best. Moved into a flipped home with all kinds of hidden gems. Aaron is one detailed and professional plumber. Quickly determined the items not up to code, provided a detailed assessment and cost figure. Without reservation we went back to Aaron to make the necessary repairs. If you want quality, attention to detail, great price and some nice folks---go with this company. more

Water Heater pilot would not light 5/3/2013

While they could not service me the day I called, they did arrange for service the next day, Saturday, for mid to late morning. Unfortuately, the Tech(Kevin) did not arrive until after 12:30. However Lisa called several times to update Kevins arrival time. Once here Kevin analized the problem, had the necessary parts with him and made the repair in just over an hour. I will definitely call them again when I need service. more

Thanks for the great service Lloyds! 4/10/2013

I have a rental unit and my tenant called me in a panic saying the toilet was leaking. Within 15 mins. I was at the unit, and 10 minutes later Scott form Lloyds was there. Scott immediately got to work on the problem, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it. He took initiative and checked shower heads and sinks for any leaks, and looked at the other toilets too. I would highly recommend Lloyds. The customer call center is also very friendly, professional and quick to respond. I have added Lloyds to my cell phone contacts, and they are now officially my rental unit plumber, as well as my home plumber. more

We've lived here for 22 years, and if I've had any trouble I've always hired Lloyd's plumbing. When we first moved in we needed some work done and used them, they were extremely knowledgeable and very polite. They got in and did the job quickly and we have been using them since. One time, a plumber of theirs did a job for us that took around 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, he said he had to charge us for a full hour so he asked if there was any other work we needed done while he was out. They are ethical, they don't try to take your money. They try to figure out cost-effective ways to do the job to save the customer money. Anyone that asks for a plumber I always recommend them to Lloyd's. more

Excellent work at a fair price 11/26/2012

It is never good news when you need to call a plumber, but when the need has arisen I have been very pleased with Lloyds. I have received service from two different Lloyds plumbers, and each was very professional and explained my options and performed excellent work. What I really liked was how they would explain what work was necessary and more importantly, what work was not necessary. I never felt like they were pushing unnecessary work. On top of the quality work, the prices are also very fair. I had a main line blockage on Thanksgiving and scheduled an appointment through the website that night seeking the first available appointment the next morning. The next morning I received a call bright and early and their plumber was at my house at 8:00 a.m. Outstanding service! more

Great Service, Technician, and Experience 11/26/2012

This was the first time I have had to use a plumbing company and I was nervous because of horror stories I have heard. It was 8:30pm on a Sunday night and our technician, Jeff, did a great job. He was efficient, polite, and informative. This was a great experience and I will highly recommend this company in the future. more

I had worked with Lloyds previously when they did work at my residence. They were the first ones I thought about when I needed a plumber. I have a commercial building, and I had a leaking overhead pipe. The guy who came was on time, and did what we hired him to do. more

A Very Professional Job 8/20/2012

Lloyds Plumbing removed the old water heater in my house and replaced it with a 75-gallon water heater. They did a beautiful job. The people were very personable. They asked if I was fine with what they were doing and I just asked them to do whatever they needed to do. They cleaned their work area before they left and they hauled off the old water heater. Overall, they did a very professional job. I'm very satisfied with them and I recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. more

We were on vacation, and we had a water leak. I've used Lloyds Plumbing over the years. I've lived in this area for over forty years, and I used it when the father was running the business. Now the son is running it. Lloyds Plumbing works with high integrity and the quality of the work is excellent. They're exactly on time and they're very clean! more

I was happy and my tenant was happy 7/3/2012

My regular plumber was going on vacation but recommended Lloyds for the backed up drain at our rental. We were able to have the bill sent to us and the tenant was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient. The service and the value were excellent. I would recommend Lloyds. more

Lloyds Plumbing showed up on time and was done with something we thought might be quite a project. They were done in an hour and didn't dillydally. We were paying by the hour. When we needed Lloyds Plumbing to come back for a different reason, they were very professional and solved the problem! more

Fast, professional and honest service. 2/4/2012

I'm very pleased with the service I've received from the Lloyd's Plumbing for replacing my old water heather. The receptionist was friendly and unlike many other plumbing services she guided me through the whole process and gave me the best possible estimate (range) over the phone. Plumber, Scott, arrived promptly and wasted no time. Everything was done with the highest quality in about three hours. Overall bill came on the lower end of the estimate. They also took care of getting the city permit for the work. Great service! Thank you! more

From making an appointment, to the plumber showing up on time, to providing excellent service and listening to the customer, Lloyds simply cannot be beat. I have used them on several occasions and each time the have been professional and provided the results needed. They have also explained the entire job and in some cases made recomendaions to make some changes that have improved the improved the performance of the plumbing. There simply is no reason to call anyone else for a small or a large job. more
