The worst doctor I have ever seen.... 3/22/2010

I never get my questions answered either by him or by his stuffs. He definitely has a attitude when explaining things to me. Once I called about a billing question (with a nice attitude), he didn't explain to me in details and said: "" you either pay for it or don't come in and I don't want to see you anymore and then he hung up on me .... OMG.. what type of doctor is that??? He is definitely the last doctor I want to see, period.. more

He is very experienced, but very busy. I recomend him to many of my friends and all of them said the whole experience is smooth, well cared although waiting time for check up is long. Dr. Liu delivered 2 babies for me and everything is Great except the long waiting time for check up. But it is worthy. Pros: Experienced Cons: long waiting time more

The last dcotor you want to see.. 7/8/2008

Dr. Liu is the last doctor you want to see. He is experienced, but does not answer questions I concerned, even he did, it is alway short and impatient. My appointment was 3:30pm, and I was the 27th patient. I bet he will see 40 patients a day. Image 8 hours/day x60 minutes, 480 minutes/40 patients, you get 10 minutes if you are lucky. If he spent 15 or more minutes on one patient, then next only have 5 minutes. I doubt how he control the quality of patient's care?? more

Great Ob! 9/25/2007

Dr. Liu is a very good doctor and surgeon. He's experienced and quick. I am usually very picky about doctors. I hate the doctors that doesn't know what they are doing. When I saw Dr. Liu during my first visit, (i was pregnant around 20 weeks, being transferred from another doctor), his knowledge relaxed me. My labor ended within 10 mins after his arrival. His cut and stitches are very well done. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience being his patient. Although I would recommend to go for early 9 o'clock appointments so that he's not so rushed. more

Long wait times, Insensitive staff, Dr. doesn't take time to answer questions fully. 7/27/2006

I always wait more than 40 minutes to see Dr. Liu. The office staff is young, inexperienced, insensitive, bordering on rude. One girl makes requests like ""Ms. XYZ could I get an urine sample"", and says it loud enough for everyone in the crowded waiting room to hear, rather than pull you aside to ask. When Dr. Liu comes around, the check-up is quick, which is ok, but he doesn't take time to explain things fully, even if it's the utmost concern to you. He rushes through and seems impatient to get on to the next patient (after all he's a busy man). My visits have always been nerve wrecking and stressful, made more so because of the insensitivity of the individuals throughout this office. more

Excellent surgeon. He's caring and compassionate. The only downside is that the office staff is young and inexperienced. more
