I always wait more than 40 minutes to see Dr. Liu. The office staff is young, inexperienced, insensitive, bordering on rude. One girl makes requests like ""Ms. XYZ could I get an urine sample"", and says it loud enough for everyone in the crowded waiting room to hear, rather than pull you aside to ask. When Dr. Liu comes around, the check-up is quick, which is ok, but he doesn't take time to explain things fully, even if it's the utmost concern to you. He rushes through and seems impatient to get on to the next patient (after all he's a busy man). My visits have always been nerve wrecking and stressful, made more so because of the insensitivity of the individuals throughout this office.
