Job Well Done 10/23/2015

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employee Jefferson that did an outstanding job on our Southern Yellow Jackets today. He was very professional, friendly, and got rid of our Southern Yellow Jackets. He said there was thousands of Southern Yellow Jackets and he counted at least 30 queens. I also put his Business Card on my FB for future business. I also want to recognize your employee Mary that answered the phone for Little Giant BeeKeeper yesterday that educated me on my issue and helped me figure out what kind of bees I had, she definitely a big asset to Little Giant BeeKeepers. Amazing customer service and very quick to respond. 10/20/2015

We had a bunch of yellow jackets nested in our wall from an outside nest. Jefferson came out in a very timely manner and was the BEST at getting all the yellow jackets out of our wall and removing the nest. He was so nice and friendly, even let the kids put on the beekeeper outfit and take a picture. Great Customer Service. Thank you for making our home a safe place. more

Did a great job!! 5/5/2015

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get scheduled, then when Kyle came out to remove the bees, he was very polite and professional. He knew my kids were watching from the front window, so he took the time to show them the honeycomb and all the bees he was removing. They were thrilled!! Hope that I don't have a bee problem again, but if I did, I would use this company for sure!! more

Professional and Fast Service 10/25/2014

Jefferson came out to remove a large hive in my yard in the base of a tree. He arrived right when he said he would, was friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions before beginning. My bees were located in place that did not allow him to take them and keep the queen alive as I'd hoped, but he took care of exterminating the bees and the sealing the hive very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this company for any bee removal you might need. more

Very professional 7/25/2014

I'm so grateful that they were able to take care of our wasp problem. They were able to come the same day I called. Jeff was able to get rid of the wasps and didn't even get stung. They were very aggressive and there was a lot of them but they are gone and we have a six month guarantee for if they try to rebuild. Thank you for your excellent service! more

Got Rid of the Bees 6/20/2014

We were pretty panicked when we found a bunch of bees on our property - they were quick to respond and helped get rid of them right away. I'll recommend to my friends and neighbors for sure. more

I was in a panic to get rid of the bee issue we were having above our front porch. I was about to have surgery the next day and was worried about family coming over. I called them and they quickly scheduled me in and did an outstanding job getting rid of the bees. I was so happy that I contracted them to come finish the job in a couple of weeks to remove the hive. Thank you Little Giant Beekeepers! more

Total Rip off 5/6/2014

We have used this company twice and were charged 290.00 for every treatment which included using a white powder to $@!#% the bees. The bees kept coming back because there was a hive inside the wall. Little Giant Beekeepers asking price to remove the hive is $1800.00. Following a friend's recommendation, we used "Bizzy Bees" company. They were on time, opened the wall and remove the hive completely and treated it with the white powder to eliminate the smell of honey. Total $319.00. You live and learn. more

I called Little Giant to discuss what I thought was a minor bee problem in my eaves. Mary spent a lot of time explaining what was likely going on and answering my many questions. Jeff came out that same day, on time, and took care of what turned out to be a much larger problem. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience and I highly reocommend them. more

Excellent 8/26/2013

Jefferson arrived on time and explained exactly why type of problem we had and what he was going to do. He showed us the nest after he removed it and told us how it was formed and what would have happened if it had not been removed. Since I am highly allergic to insect stings his information and service made us feel more secure that all of the insects and the nest are gone and won't return. more

Great experience 7/6/2013

Just had them come out and the technician was incredible. He literally made the experience fun for our family. We took pictures witht the bee suit, he had us go into the car so he could come to the window and see the bees and told jokes throughout the job. He also actually did a great job and educated us on how to prevent them coming back in the future. I'd literally consider having him back over for BBQ! Highly recommend. more

Huge ripoff 6/21/2013

The lady I contacted told me they will send someone out in between 10 - 12 pm. They came at around 7 pm. The guy walk around my house and saw only a small spot with around 8 wasps in it and told me it is going to cost me $250 to only treat that tiny spot and not the whole house. What he did is get a spray from Home Depot and cost only $20, spray at that one spot. It cost me $250 for it. It is a Big ripoff and so dishonest without informing the customer how they treat my house. They even said they will not guarantee any further service on the treatment. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY LITTLE GIANT BEEKEEPERS. BAD AND DISHONEST COMPANY. RESPONSE FROM Little Giant Beekeepers: Mr. Ho, this is Kyle, the technician who treated your wasps. Little Giant Beekeepers is a professional company that focuses on bee treatment and relocations. This is a specialized field in the pest control industry requiring specialized equipment, expertise, and an understanding of laws regarding bees. We also provide exterminations for wasps upon request, because some people don't feel comfortable dealing with wasps on there own. However, we do not discount the rate. Because we are honest people I was not able to do the job on the side and charge you less as you requested. I did however give you a 10 discount and went out of my way to show you how to treat wasps yourself, in the future. Then you were charged the discounted rate that you agreed upon. True, they came and sprayed and killed the bees the very day I called about them at my mom's house. However, in order to get a year warranty, we were told to remove the hive that was under a shed in the backyard--that the tech didn't have the tools to get to it--he could see one. After having removed part of the floor of the shed and NOT seeing a hive, I called the office 5 times over the last month. I can get no one to come to the house and see if there is actually a hive! RESPONSE FROM Little Giant Beekeepers: Mrs. Johnson, We sincerely apologize for the delay in your situation. We are totally swamped this year and currently have an 8-10 week backlog of removal jobs. Luckily we have just hired some more help, so we can start catching up. Jefferson remembers your job and would be happy to inspect your location again.
