Fast and Prompt Service, Reasonably Priced, Professional with a Smile 8/1/2012

I called Little Giant at 3:40, they called me back at 3:49, Jeff showed up at 4:50 and was done by 5:10. He was honest, informative, corteous, and provided excellent service with some humor on the side! he was honest about our not needing more than the pesticide and gave clear instructions about what I should do and when, in order for the bees to not return. more

Did a great job. 7/22/2012

We had seen bees for a couple of weeks swarming around the corner of our house. Little did we know that over 100,000 honey bees had moved in and built a hive. These guys came out right away on the same day and treated the hive. Unfortunately, the hive was in such a place that they couldn't do a live removal. In order to get the 2 year warranty, I also had them return to perform the remediation (cut open siding and bleach/clean out all the honey comb etc...) They discovered that the colony was much bigger than originally thought and treated it again at no additional cost, and then completed the removal, cleanup, and repair. My initial contact with Mary at the office was enough to convince me that I had called the right company! She was so knowledgeable and professional. I later learned that it was only her second day on the job...quite impressive training! Jefferson came out the same day I called and was equally impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and performed the job with perfection. I couldn't be more pleased with this company...quite refreshing to get top-notch service the first go-round! more

50,000 Bee's Offed' 4/2/2012

Jeff came out and donned his bee ninja outfit and climbed a 25 foot ladder and with one hand made vacant about a 50,000 angry-bee hives. He also showed us how to identify the death of the Queen Bee.. he said the largest one which staggers out last and wearing the Crown is the one. When she is dead..all the rest die of sadness as they have nothing to live for anymore. So sad. more

Little Giant Beekeepers has a niche product, and they were awesome! They were out the same day that I talked to them, and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They even put a warranty on their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They not only removed the bees, but they also came back and tried to bee proof the area, removing the hive and washing it all out. Honestly, we were not even home when they did it, but they came out and took care of it, and it was exactly what we needed. We desperately wanted to get it done, and get it done right, and now I'm a huge, firm believer in Little Giant Beekeepers. more

Professional! Tell you what they're going to do! 10/3/2011

I called Little Giant Beekeepers and they came out the same day. They cleaned out and sprayed the area, and got rid of them. They gave instructions on how to get the honeycomb. The guy who came out knew exactly what to do. He was nice and friendly, and did a real good job. I looked up Little Giant Beekeepers on the internet after looking for beekeepers. They cost a little more money. I called the people who were close to me, but I just didn't trust them. Then I called Little Giant Beekeepers and chose them because they were honest in telling me exactly what they were going to do and how much they were going to cost. They costed a little bit higher but they drove twenty-five miles to be here. They're very professional. They did the job and gave me a warranty! Gerald Strother more

Great initial treatment, poor follow-up. 9/19/2011

Little Giant Beekeepers were referred to me by my pest control company when the exterior painters I had hired were being attacked by bees. The serviceman who came out did a great job taking care of the immediate problem. He even allowed the painters to borrow his bee suit so that they could finish up without being stung, which really impressed me. What I'm not happy about is the follow-up. They were supposed to come back and remove part of the hive that is still remaining, but I haven't heard from them. I would really like them to finish up, especially since they did such a good job initially. If they were to make amends, I would have no problem with them. Quick & Pleasant Service 9/19/2011

I was very happy with the service from Little Bee Keepers. Their response to our bee issue was very quick. Jeff arrived on time. I enjoyed talking to him about the bees and how they work. He was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly to me. I checked on the hive a few days after he was here and they were gone. Great work. Hope I won't need to call you again, but I will certainly refer others to you. more
