Review content:
True, they came and sprayed and killed the bees the very day I called about them at my mom's house. However, in order to get a year warranty, we were told to remove the hive that was under a shed in the backyard--that the tech didn't have the tools to get to it--he could see one. After having removed part of the floor of the shed and NOT seeing a hive, I called the office 5 times over the last month. I can get no one to come to the house and see if there is actually a hive!

We sincerely apologize for the delay in your situation. We are totally swamped this year and currently have an 8-10 week backlog of removal jobs. Luckily we have just hired some more help, so we can start catching up. Jefferson remembers your job and would be happy to inspect your location again.
