One of the first things that I dread when deciding to purchase a new car is dealing with a dealership. When I finally got tired of spending $50-60 a week in gas I decided to buy a Prius. After doing some online searching, I went to Little Apple and talked to them about the car. They were professional and extremely helpful and ensured that I was satisfied. It was probably the smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever had. From the sales people to the finance department they were professional and helpful.\r more

I took my toyota here to be serviced and received excellent service. They did not talk down to me as most place tend to do since I am a college student and a women. They also dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was done. The best thing about them is after you get your car serviced here they send you reminders in the mail when you need another service. more

Comparing automobile dealerships in the area, we have bought two cars from here and have always been given awesome service. every time we come in we are allowed to drive the vehicles we are interested in within minutes, we are given great bonuses because we are military and they remember our names. can't say that about a lot of other places. more

I had owned a Highlander Hybrid for 8 years and wanted to downsize and look at the Camry Hybrid. My salesman was super knowledgable about all of the features and really impressed me with his professionalism. He was there to educated and answer questions, not to pressure me into a sale. more

We found a very reasonably priced Chevrolet Traverse online at Little Apple. We drove over two hours to look at it and ended up buying it the same day. It was well worth the drive, and I was even more impressed when Russ (our salesman) called the next day to see how the trip back home went with the new Traverse. more

Little Apple Toyota Honda's service department is excellent! They are extremely nice, know me by name when I go in and only make repairs as necessary. I am an Army wife whose husband is frequently deployed and it is nice to know I can trust LATH not to give me the run around! Vic, Jeff, and James are great and I know they will always take care of our cars. We currently own two Toyotas and when my current 2004 4runner (150k miles) needs replacing I will buy a new one from LATH solely based on the great service I have gotten there! Way to go guys! more

Ray was the ""best"". My husband & I went car shopping - we had it narrowed down to what we wanted to test drive & eventually purchase. As soon as we got to the dealership Ray asked if we had been helped even though we could clearly see that he was just passing by while helping another customer. Ray has awesome customer service ethics. It was a very busy Saturday late morning when we got to the dealership. I do not know how many customers Ray was helping while he was helping us but he made us feel special & never pressured. When my husband & I made the decision on what vehicle we wanted to purchase we than had to do the financing. The financing process was a very good experience too. Matt took care of all our paperwork & thoroughly explained everything. We will definitely recommend Little Apple Toyota/Honda of Manhattan to all of our friends & family. GREAT JOB LITTLE APPLE employees! more

I have tried other places but returned to Little Apple due to the quality of work their employees provide! Plus they offer apples to all their customers! more

We had a fair idea of what we wanted so the task of shopping was fairly simple, The salesperson (Marina) was extremely helpful in describing and demonstrating the various features of the car. We contacted various dealers both local and in nearby towns and found that the price being offered at Little Apple was very fair at the low end of the various quotes we received. Extremely Customer Friendly 8/8/2013

Im 39 yrs old and my recent purchase at Little Apple Toyota was by far the best experience Ive had so far purchasing a vehicle. I researched the price prior to arriving and the listed price by Little Apple was extremely reasonable. On top of that, they still worked with me which brought the price down even further. The internet sales manager Linda was very helpful and the sales person Bob Bishop was very nice and helpful also. I almost felt a connection with Bob after talking to him for a few hrs. He didn?t make me feel like I was alone and really did represent my best interests when interacting with the rest of the departments at the dealer. I drove 4.5 hrs each way from Oklahoma City to buy my XTerra and the trip was well worth it. I would drive even further if it meant buying my next vehicle from Little Apple. I strongly recommend Little Apple for any vehicle purchase. v/r Richard If I could, I would give this dealer ""6 stars"" more
