I have a 2006 Honda Civic Si and took it in because I was experiencing a rattling noise in the back of the cab as well as a pretty loud squeak from the driver seat every time I would get in and out of the car. I called the dealership and they assured me that they would be able to fix it and scheduled an appointment to drop off the car a few days later. When I arrived, the sales staff was friendly, and I left my car with them for a few hours, when I returned they assured me they fixed the problem and charged me around 100 dollars and I drove the car away, then after I got home, I got out of my car and the squeaking noise continued, and so did the rattling noise. So I took it back the next day and explained that they didn't fix the problems, so they took the car and the technician drove it around the parking lot, and told me he couldn't hear anything and after waiting 4 hours, they told me that they couldn't fix the squeak in the seat and had the nerve to try to charge me 150 bucks... for nothing. I then told them that they did nothing to the car and they still tried to charge me 150 bucks, so I went to my car, got the previous receipt and showed them that I payed already for the service and still they tried to charge me until I talked to the manager. I will never go back to this place again. Although they were friendly at first, they ripped me off leaving me with the same problem and 100 bucks out of my pocket. Don't waste your time and money, go to a proper dealership. more
