Contacted this Lucas guy talked a big talk about how he was going to save my home. Yeah right when it came right down to it after I paid the money he sold me out to Fannie Mae. He never got back to me after the initial consultation, instead handed me over to another attorney. Who told me I had to sign an agreement to hand over the keys instead of fight for my home. Said to sign the agreement to buy us more time than with two weeks left before I have to move out of my home they tell me that they don't do litigation anymore and recommended another attorney. I was in the Real Estate business for over 8 years and I can tell you there are alternatives but they didn't want to waste there time. Bunch of sharks ambulance chasers, I'm also filling a complaint with the Bar of the State of California. more

This is an edit from a previous review. I have to say after everything that Litchney law firm has some of the most courteous and professional staff that I have encountered. You don't often find someone who will take the time to track you down when they find out that you were initially unhappy with something. Kudos to this firm for taking the time. We did both through them and we were very pleased with the process and end results. it is hard to find a law firm that you can trust and we are happy that we did. We have even referred friends and family to them with the same result. It is a hard road to go down, the one we went, but now we are debt free and can afford our mortgage so we can put the past behind us and move on. all of the attorneys who helped us were experienced and friendly, they actually cared and understood what we were going through. Communication was great, always quick responses to our phone calls and emails, and there were many because we were nervous nelly's, but they were great in talking with us and explaining everything, paralegals and attorneys! This economy is putting a lot of folks like us, hard working ones in bad positions. although the circumstances that put us needed litchney law's services were unfortunate, the experience with them was great.
