Wanted to share our experience with the Litchney Law firm for our bankruptcy and loan modification. We did both through them and we were very pleased with the process and end results. it is hard to find a law firm that you can trust and we are happy that we did. We have even referred friends and family to them with the same result. It is a hard road to go down, the one we went, but now we are debt free and can afford our mortgage so we can put the past behind us and move on. all of the attorneys who helped us were experienced and friendly, they actually cared and understood what we were going through. Communication was great, always quick responses to our phone calls and emails, and there were many because we were nervous nelly's, but they were great in talking with us and explaining everything, paralegals and attorneys! This economy is putting a lot of folks like us, hard working ones in bad positions. although the circumstances that put us needed litchney law's services were unfortunate, the experience with them was great.
Pros: great outcome for bankruptcy and loan modification
Cons: having to pay an attorney to get good results!
