Contacted this Lucas guy talked a big talk about how he was going to save my home. Yeah right when it came right down to it after I paid the money he sold me out to Fannie Mae. He never got back to me after the initial consultation, instead handed me over to another attorney. Who told me I had to sign an agreement to hand over the keys instead of fight for my home. Said to sign the agreement to buy us more time than with two weeks left before I have to move out of my home they tell me that they don't do litigation anymore and recommended another attorney. I was in the Real Estate business for over 8 years and I can tell you there are alternatives but they didn't want to waste there time. Bunch of sharks ambulance chasers, I'm also filling a complaint with the Bar of the State of California.
