I have to preface this submission by confessing that I am writing this out of guilt. I have consistently complained about the lack of service that I have experienced when dealing with ?all? Florida vendors. I feel compelled to qualify that statement by adding, ?with the exception of one?. After complaining so much, it is now time to give praise where it is due. From the time I switched to Lindstrom Air Conditioning for my air conditioner maintenance and service several years ago, I have been pleased by their promptness, courtesy, honesty and over-all good customer service. When the time came to retire our old unit this past summer, I shopped around so that I would be comfortable that I got the best deal. Not at all surprisingly, I ended up purchasing the new unit from Lindstrom. The price was good and the service was excellent. I absolutely have no guilt in recommending ?this? Florida vendor.
