Outstanding customer service! 2/26/2009

When I moved into my new home, I "inherited" a Lindstrom air handler. No instructions existed on how to operate the programmable thermostat nor the humidistat. I phoned Lindstrom. The woman I reached identified the right thermostat simply by my description of it. She walked me through the basics for immediate use and promptly sent replacement manuals to my home. Later, I had a question about how to use the humidistat most effectively. One of their top executives called back and educated me. He was most generous with his time and exceeded my expectations for follow-up service. When it's time to buy new, I am going right to Lindstrom. I trust them - and that's key for me in doing business. more

Very Satisfied 12/11/2008

We just purchased a new Trane air conditioning system from these guys and we could not be happier! Our salesperson was such a gentleman and the guys that worked here all day to put it in were fabulous. These guys are real professionals and earned our business. I would highly recommend them to everyone. more

Lindstrom Air Conditioning Inc.Comes Through In Holiday Week! 4/12/2007

On Christmas eve, 2006, our air conditioning quit. I contacted the company the previous homeowner used and they made things worse and then could not fix the resulting problems. I then contacted Lindstrom who came to the rescue like the cavalry. Lindstrom actually came when they said they would (during the holiday period) and had the technical expertise to fix things the first time correctly. I am very impressed and recommend them unconditionally. more

Fast service 7/9/2005

Right in the middle of summer after we bought our new house, the air conditioner went out! We called Lindstrom and a tech showed up within two hours! He immidiately fixed the problem and gave us tips on how to make sure we keep our air conditioner continues to work. more
