When I moved into my new home, I "inherited" a Lindstrom air handler. No instructions existed on how to operate the programmable thermostat nor the humidistat. I phoned Lindstrom. The woman I reached identified the right thermostat simply by my description of it. She walked me through the basics for immediate use and promptly sent replacement manuals to my home. Later, I had a question about how to use the humidistat most effectively. One of their top executives called back and educated me. He was most generous with his time and exceeded my expectations for follow-up service. When it's time to buy new, I am going right to Lindstrom. I trust them - and that's key for me in doing business.
