Steve and Heather do a wonderful job of serving Missouri schools. They used to even let people drop their instruments off through schools, but ran into issues with collecting payment from their parents. However, I've purchased many instruments and supplies through them and have had instruments repaired through them, and they have never let me down! I have referred students to them to purchase instruments and have not been disappointed. Highly recommended, especially if service after the sale is important to you (they routinely offer a one-year service warranty for purchasing step-up instruments). more

Ask for Steve! 1/20/2009

I have dealt with this business for years and I have learned to ask for Steve, the owner. If he is unavailable, ask for when he is going to be there if you can. He is awesome! The ladies that work there I believe do their best, but they just don't know their stuff the way Steve does. Also, if you aren't 100% sure you have the right book, call your teacher and find out. Even if the women tell you the book is the right one and it isn't they won't refund your money. Pros: Steve is fantastic for servicing your instrument! He has a great reputation in three states for his instrument service. more

After making several extra payments had to send item to them UPS, they made it clear they would be in the area and would not take it. more
