I have dealt with this business for years and I have learned to ask for Steve, the owner. If he is unavailable, ask for when he is going to be there if you can. He is awesome! The ladies that work there I believe do their best, but they just don't know their stuff the way Steve does. Also, if you aren't 100% sure you have the right book, call your teacher and find out. Even if the women tell you the book is the right one and it isn't they won't refund your money.
Pros: Steve is fantastic for servicing your instrument! He has a great reputation in three states for his instrument service.
