After my exam, I was told to wait so that Jessica could discuss a service plan with me. After waiting for a very long time I was told she was on the phone. After continuing to wait even longer I was told to go ahead and leave and she would call and e-mail me with the follow up info... she never did. The dental hygeinist was good. The Dentist seemed fine. I didn't feel like I got real clear answers from the receptionist regarding the questions I had about the paper work I had to fill out. For example, you are in network with my insurance company. You have a negotiated rate with them that you are supposed to charge. What is all this about me signing paper work that I could be paying extra beyond what they pay? This was not addressed clearly and my concern seemed to be dismissed. It seemed in my opinion that the paperwork was excessive and there were several disclosures that seemed designed to shield your office from responsibility. I realize some disclosure and paperwork is necessary but your paperwork seemed longer than normal and seemed to be all about not taking responsibility which for me creates a trust issue. Sorry for the not so good review, but overall I left with a pretty negative perception.
