Lillian Custom Homes

Reading over the previous review from Amy J. made me want to share my point of few. While she is correct on the first part: Lillian sales people are awesome and beyond helpful! Lillian does in fact offer fantastic floor plans and features! I love my new home, BUT the building and warranty process has been a nightmare. We were told things will go wrong in the process, and needless to say they did. Most of them got resolved after a lot of time and energy spend arguing and chasing people down. The biggest mistake we personally made was to believe the builder when he promised that things would get finished/ resolved immediately upon closing on the house. It's been taking 3 months, and still no resolutions... Can't even get anyone to return a call at the corporate office. Worst customer service on the planet! Wish the rest of the staff could live up to the great example the salespeople set. Submitted complaint to BBB in the meantime. more

I?m a first time home owner I decided to build a home, rather than buy. I visited a few different builders in the Waxahachie area, and after seeing the difference in product decided to build with Lillian Custom Homes. I was impressed with their ambition to not be outdone, their curb appeal, and the features that came standard with my home. Having never worked with a home builder before I was grateful for the patience and rendition the salesperson offered. They made it a fun and virtually effortless process deciding which features I wanted in my home, and which I didn?t. And the results came within my original budget, which I was ecstatic about. This builder doesn't pay his bill !! I worked for George Salvador (the owner) despite several promises i still haven't be paid !! if trades are not paid a lean can be put against your home even after you close !! Be Very Careful dealing with Lillian more
