Reading over the previous review from Amy J. made me want to share my point of few. While she is correct on the first part: Lillian sales people are awesome and beyond helpful! Lillian does in fact offer fantastic floor plans and features! I love my new home, BUT the building and warranty process has been a nightmare. We were told things will go wrong in the process, and needless to say they did. Most of them got resolved after a lot of time and energy spend arguing and chasing people down. The biggest mistake we personally made was to believe the builder when he promised that things would get finished/ resolved immediately upon closing on the house. It's been taking 3 months, and still no resolutions... Can't even get anyone to return a call at the corporate office. Worst customer service on the planet! Wish the rest of the staff could live up to the great example the salespeople set. Submitted complaint to BBB in the meantime.
