Customer service is absolutely the worst. Ordered a cute light fixture from the catalog. Paid 50% deposit. They were supposed to call me back within the 2 weeks. Nuttin'. Called them myself, talked to a woman on the phone who told me she will call the company and call me back on Tuesday. Nuttin'. A week passed...another...called again. Julianna is not in (she comes to work at noon, just so you know folks...), no one can find my slip. Tried to cancel it over the phone...oh no, Julianna has to do it herself....So yeah, lots of hassle. Wasted a month. Just went on amazon, found exactly the same light fixture, 25% cheaper + free shipping. Try to beat that. So, my advice - stay clear away from this place. Go anywhere else. Google. Enjoy your life, stress free.
