Worst

We ordered almost $2k worth of lighting from them for a renovation. All the goods came in pretty much on time except one $50 fixture. Giving me the run around for the last 3 weeks...

Customer service is absolutely the worst. Ordered a cute light fixture from the catalog. Paid 50% deposit. They were supposed to call me back within the 2 weeks. Nuttin'. Called them myself, talked to a woman on the phone who told me she will call the company and call me back on Tuesday. Nuttin'. A week passed...another...called again. Julianna is not in (she comes to work at noon, just so you know folks...), no one can find my slip. Tried to cancel it over the phone...oh no, Julianna has to do it herself....So yeah, lots of hassle. Wasted a month. Just went on amazon, found exactly the same light fixture, 25% cheaper + free shipping. Try to beat that. So, my advice - stay clear away from this place. Go anywhere else. Google. Enjoy your life, stress free. more

Very Poor Customer Service 5/27/2011

We ordered almost $2k worth of lighting from them for a renovation. All the goods came in pretty much on time except one $50 fixture. Giving me the run around for the last 3 weeks. They clearly dont care about getting it to me. Wish they would have said that from the beginning. Offered to refund my money. Great...now I'm going to have to have the electrician come back to the house special to install this thing. $50.00 fixture is going to cost me $250.00. \r \r Would not recommend. more

Great service, good product selection 2/11/2011

We have purchased lighting from Lighting Showcase on four occasions over the past several years. We really enjoyed working with Julianna each time. My wife and I appreciate her warmth and personal attention. The store has a surprisingly good selection of products. We were able to find unique and classy lighting fixtures in stock. In summary, we heartily recommend Lighting Showcase! more

Great Place to Light Your Home! 9/15/2010

I have been buying lights and lighting items from these folks for years and have never had anything but a pleasant and welcoming experience with them. The staff has been friendly - especially Julianna and Alan - and have always accommodated my every question and need. They always remember my wife & I by name when we stop in and always take the time to make sure our orders have been complete - and always do everything possible to make them right. \r \r My last experience with them was a case in point - I needed something the same evening on a contractor's emergency and they stayed open late (20 minutes) just so I could get it for my contractor right away - THAT is great customer service. more

RUDE! 4/29/2010

Breathtakingly rude! Customer service is an unknown quantity in this place. Don't even think of stepping in the door unless you want to be treated like filth on the bottom of a shoe! A simple phone request led to being accused of trying to cheat them out of business! Cons: Poorest customer service imaginable! more

Stay away.... far away......the worst Customer serv and prices 12/10/2007

Had the worst exp with this place. They did a special order and forgot to order it. Then lied about it... Had a hard time just getting them to call me back. \r I wouldn't buy a lightbulb from this place. Pros: Large selection Cons: bad customer service and prices more
