I have been buying lights and lighting items from these folks for years and have never had anything but a pleasant and welcoming experience with them. The staff has been friendly - especially Julianna and Alan - and have always accommodated my every question and need. They always remember my wife & I by name when we stop in and always take the time to make sure our orders have been complete - and always do everything possible to make them right. \r

My last experience with them was a case in point - I needed something the same evening on a contractor's emergency and they stayed open late (20 minutes) just so I could get it for my contractor right away - THAT is great customer service.
