Breathtakingly rude! Customer service is an unknown quantity in this place. Don't even think of stepping in the door unless you want to be treated like filth on the bottom of a shoe! A simple phone request led to being accused of trying to cheat them out of business!
Cons: Poorest customer service imaginable!
