I believe Hector has serviced our Rain Soft Water System for the last five years. He calls the day of the service to advise of the time frame and arrives during that period. Hector comes prepared, work efficiently is friendly and answers any questions I have. I rated Hector with five stars because he earned it.
The only suggestion I have for better service from Lifetime Solutions is they hire more people to answer the service desk in the morning. It is frustrating listening to the same sales pitch about all the services Lifetime offers over and over.
