Very reliable, very easy to make appointments. Clean and comfortable. All female staff except the doctor(he's a male but makes you comfy no akwardness)Reasonable prices if you don't have insurance. (Which is my case) Never had an issue with this facility, and my gynecological issues are always solved. Best speciallist doctor I had and kept for the past 5 years. more

Office staff is completely unprofessional. I received a follow-up call after my annual check-up. It took the staff three calls to actually find out what my results were and why I received the call in the first place. Meanwhile I was fearing the worst. Terrible. more

My first time at the clinic and it was awful. The staff and nurses were friendly, except the doctor. He was screaming the entire time I was there in the waiting area and during my surgery. It was an unwelcoming environment. The clinic is very hot with barely any ventilation or air conditioning and the recovery room was small and unkempt. It was not a pleasant facility at all. The place was a mess and the doctor was constantly shouting at the employees for something. When I was directed to the OR, there was blood from the last patient still on the bed, unprepared. I felt uncomfortable there and would never go back. Dr. Rho was not friendly at all. He was stern and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would not recommend going here. Just go to a hospital and be safe! more

What can I say? The Dr. is great at what he does! He may seem a bit stern in manner but I rather have a qualified doctor who's an EXPERT at what he does and gets right to business. it's my third time going there and the staff members are excellent and always make me feel very calm and comfortable. I would highly recommend liberty womens to all my friends and family!! more

When I went to Liberty Womens Health Care I thought that I would be treated as a step by step , if i had any questions i would ask but no i went, filled out papers and they simpley asked for blood and urine test once i waited no longer then 10 min they wanted me to change into there gown i.... i was crying , nerves ... and crying some more but no all they cared about was if im ready to do the abortion ..never agian ..so now im home ..n keeping my baby. more

After having the same female doctor for years in Tennessee, when I moved to Flushing, it was very important to me to find a doctor who made me feel comfortable and who I trusted. I found it at Liberty Women's Health and it is the only place I will ever go. I had been recommended to Liberty Women's by one of my colleagues and I was a bit nervous about going through with the procedure. He was informative during the consultation and kept things relatively concise, but in a manner that was confident and reassuring. His reputation for successful procedures drove me to go through with my own (which turned out perfectly, by the way, besides some light spotting).\r His staff were really pleasant to be around, though. They were very polite, reassuring, and efficient and everyone knew what they were supposed to do in the OR.\r In general, the entire office was run very smoothly. The woman at the front desk seemed to be handling work with ease and composure.\r The procedure had excellent results and I recommend going to Liberty Women's.\r Pros: Excellent Results, Cooperative Staff, Confident Doctor more

My girlfriend had a procedure at this office she was treated disrespectful by the doctor and was left with pain that she could not go back to work..She now needs to go to another doctor to review what Dr. Rho performed..I would not recommend this Doctor Pros: no coment Cons: Unprofessional doctor more

The night before going for procedure I thoroughly followed up with the office and my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Upon arrival they confirmed my insurance & said everything was good to go & collected my expected copay. While in the operating room-with an IV in arm-legs in stirrups the doctor decided he would not accept my insurance unless I paid $700 at that exact moment otherwise I had to leave. I had my significant other deal with the situation-as I was hooked up to an IV at that time. Not only did Dr. Rho treat me in this manner-he made me get up and go to the recovery room-all while an IV still in arm. He then proceeded to treat the staff with the most disrespect I've seen a doctor treat someone-just to get payment. After it was decided to pay just to get things moving my significant other contacted my insurance company and they said it was all covered and there was no reason I should have paid $700 on top of the copay. When the procedure was taken place-I was not warned the anesthesia had been administered & suddenly felt dizzy and passed out. I was given no prior notice. I never felt so uncomfortable with a doctor in my entire life-the most unprofessional person I have come across. After bringing the insurance issue to the attention of the receptionist Bino she not only hung up on my family trying to sort though this mess-but hung up on my insurance company. My insurance company luckily is excellent in customer care and followed through very thoroughly and will reimburse me for this. I would not be surprised if this clinic loses it's contract with my insurance provider. Complaints have been filed with all the proper authorities. I had a pain around pelvic area. When I called for an appointment, the receptionist gave me priority because I had a problem. After doctor's exam, I needed a sonogram. and procedure. It was very convenient that they have everything there. Most of all, DOCTOR has great knowledge and skill. I was very impressed by doctor and the staff. Pros: best doctor in town more
