Watch out! 1/11/2010

I used this agency before but had to constantly follow up. Slow about returning calls-when they do c/b. I was quoted a price $200 more than Expedia and Travelocity until I told them about the price difference, then they suddenly had a sale. I tried using them again but they refused to honor their website gurantee after quoting me a price that was $230 excluding fees and taxes. Lied about the other sites said they include hidden fees. I have used both Expedia and Travelocity and never had an issue with hidden fees. Dont use them they will ripe you off! more

Liberty Travel 3/21/2006

My sister and I booked a trip to Cancun through this company. Our agent was a wonderful person. Neither my sister nor I had the time to plan this trip so we left it to our great agent. Everything was planned perfectly and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely use them again in the future. more

I used this company's service only once, and I did because I like to try different travel agencies constantly. I must say that at the beginnig everything was fine. The public attention was great. The people working there was fast and took their time to listen to you, and asked me what I had in mine and all that. I bought a tour to Australia and booked on one of the bests hotels and all that. Once I got there, it turned out that the hotel wasn't that good. The tours had extra fees which I had to pay, and they didn't tell me. The tour was good, but there were a lot of things that they didn't tell me.... more

We booked a vacation to the Riviera Maya in the Yucatan through Liberty Travel, and if you're interested in hassle free planning to a resort where everything is taken care of, Liberty Travel does a great job. They specialize in these types of trips and they do it well (relatively affordably from what we reserached). That being said, be careful that the all-inclusive resort is what you're looking for. While Liberty Travel did an excellent job and we had a great time, I don't know that we'd necessarily do another all-inclusive trip again. If you're in to cruise ships, you'll be in to all-inclusives, and Liberty Travel is a great way to go. more
