Just leased my 4th car with Brewster Honda for the 2nd time with salesman Jon Saba and the fabulous sales manager Norman Horne who always makes sure the numbers are the best for me. This year's lease was spectacular....turned in my old Accord lease early and got the CR-V Touring - just in time for what they say will be the worst winter yet! And the service department is always fabulous, even thought I rarely need more than an oil change, I can't wait to get it done in their brand new, beautiful service building :) Thanks guys and congratulations on your new space!! Recently I leased a 2016 Honda Pilot from Brewster Honda. This is my fourth Pilot lease from this dealership and I will definitely use them for my fifth. I cant' say enough good things about Misael Deleon who worked tirelessly to find me this vehicle. Not only did he deliver the vehicle in a short timeframe because my current lease was up and the vehicle had to be turned in ,He also negotiated a great price which fit into my budget. At delivery Misael expedited the paperwork which we completed quickly and spent a lot of time with my wife and I explaining and demonstrating all the new features on the vehicle. We left the dealership knowledgeable and extremely happy. Thank you so much Misael Deleon and all at Brewster Honda for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. more

I picked up my second lease using Patrick Mcgrath as the salesman. He made the exchange a pleasant experience. When I got home, I saw a piece of dirt after a complete cleaning. I drove back the next day and he took care of it right away. Then after driving the car two days, I thought the air conditioning was not working correctly . Patrick made a call to service department. They checked it out and found that it was working and might have been an operator error. When picked up the car, the service department sat down with me and showed me all the points of automatic temperature control and air conditioning. i was treated like a friend. more

I needed brakes and called Brewster Honda and spoke to Kira Bureti. She was very helpful in setting up my appointment for the next day. When I brought the car in for service in the AM Kira remembered it was I who she spoke to and was very courteous. She called in the afternoon and let me know my car was ready. She even wrote on my bill that I needed 2 new front tires. She was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her again.\r \r Pat Preuss more

Worst dealer ever. 6/14/2013

The sales person told me about how important writing reviews for them is... check other sites most are rated at 2.5 stars or less. \r \r After being called suborn by the used sales manager (norm) I almost walked out but the price the the car I purchased kept me there. I later found they lied about everything on the Certified Pre Owned report the car was left with open recalls, I was charged $25 for a "free tank of gas" My credit card was later charged by them for over $300 for no reason, the car was not cleaned (including a broken umbrella left in the trunk) and there were no floor mats in the car... Most importantly the air filter, break fluid, and steering fluid were not changed costing me $400\r \r If it was just an open recall, $25 gas fee along with being uncleaned I would have though the car was worth the money but with everything added in it cost me just as much in the end as it would have to shop at a reputable dealer. Thankfully my awesome credit card company cleared there frau more

Go somewhere else 2/12/2011

I bought a new 2007 Civic from them, I also bought the extended service contract, including: paint, interior, tires towing etc... They have not honored it at all. The paint on the hood has cracked, I had transmission problems, got stuck and called for a tow. They did nothing, no towing, an made excuses on the other matters. They are a rip off. Go somewhere else. more

looking to trade in my car 5/24/2010

Went in to see what they would offer me for my vehicle as a trade in, that I bought new from them only 3 years ago. Mgr gave me a "low ball" price on what they would give me, 2 days later when my husband brought it in to buy a new car, the price that they offered was almost $4000 less than his "low ball offer". I dont trust them. more
