Repeat Customer of Brewster Honda 3/15/2010

We pruchased a Honda Civic 2 yrs ago and just purchased a Honda Accord this year. Even though the dealership is 2 hours away from our home, the offered a great Certified Used car the first time around. And we returned the second time for another used vehicle, after walking out of a few other local dealers. Thanks so much Brewster Honda we will be back again when we need another car. Would recommend to anyone :) more

Management is terrible !! 3/10/2010

Went car shopping here for the first time...and the last time! Sales people are very accomodating but the management is a different story. They nickel and dimed me down to a couple hundred dollars on a used car. Wouldn't meet me half way or be accomodating in any way, shape or fashion. WOW, too bad for them since I won't be going back and won't be recommending them! Send those managers back to school and teach them how to treat their customers right! more

Good Customer Service 1/12/2010

I brought my 2001 Acura MDX to the service center for a new catalytic converter and timing chain/ water pump replacement. The price was fair and the vehicle was done in just a few hours. Dennis the service manager was great. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped it off. more

Brewster Honda 9/4/2005

My family and I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Brewster Honda. The sales person was very helpful and listened to our needs. She provided us with the vehicle we wanted and at a good price. She also went to great lengths to follow up after the purchase and ensure our satisfaction. I reccomend shopping Brewster Honda during sales and at the end of the month for the best deals. more

The salesmen are not very helpful 7/26/2005

When I was shopping for a new minivan we stopped at Brewster Honda. The salesman did not take the time to answer our questions or to show us anything about the car. The van is a big purchase and we were hoping for friendly service, but we didn't it get it there. So we ended up going to a different Honda dealership and got great service and our new mini-van. more
