I needed brakes and called Brewster Honda and spoke to Kira Bureti. She was very helpful in setting up my appointment for the next day. When I brought the car in for service in the AM Kira remembered it was I who she spoke to and was very courteous. She called in the afternoon and let me know my car was ready. She even wrote on my bill that I needed 2 new front tires. She was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her again.\r
